- Check-in and Royal Refreshments: 5:30 - 6:00 pm
- Welcome and Panel Discussion: 6:00 - 6:30 pm
- Program-Specific Information Sessions: 6:45 - 8:00 pm
- Optional Campus Tour: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
