The online M.S. in Human Resources Management features a curriculum grounded in ethics and a people-first approach to staffing, salary planning, negotiation and more. Graduates who can also provide proof of a minimum of 500 hours of relevant HR experience will be eligible to apply for the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam.
Scranton’s Human Resources Management MBA integrates industry research and best practices with advanced HR skills. The AACSB-accredited MBA teaches you to recruit talent and manage the human elements of a business.
