- The certificate program provides professionals who already hold a master's degree in psychology, education, child care, speech and language disorders, counseling and related fields with the knowledge required for eligibility to apply for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA®):
$80,556/year
As a board-certified behavior analyst, you will develop treatment plans for patients to improve their behaviors and encourage positive traits. BCBAs work with families, teachers and other members of health care teams to support patients and analyze their behavior, creating an environment to facilitate progress.2
Clinical Director:
$97,671/year
As a clinical director, you will lead and oversee your organization’s staff and clinical operations. Clinical directors ensure the implementation of policies and procedures, assess staff and clients, build relationships with clients and outside individuals. Individuals in this field often bring an enthusiasm for helping people and building their organizations.3

Program Outcomes:
The certificate provides a solid foundation in the principles of behavior analysis through both synchronous and asynchronous coursework. After graduating from the program, students are equipped in a variety of areas, including:
- Basic behavior analytic skills
- Client-centered responsibilities
- Foundational knowledge of ABA
- Behavior change considerations, assessment, intervention, implementation, management, and supervision
- You will also have the necessary verified coursework sequence to sit for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam.
