Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, MSN: Curriculum

42 TOTAL CREDITS REQUIRED

Scranton's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, MSN program duration is 21 months of full-time study, although a part-time option is available. Students complete six credits in the first fall semester of the program, eleven credits in the first spring semester, six credits in the only summer semester, eight credits in the second fall semester and eight credits in the second spring semester. 

Scranton’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Specialization prepares registered nurses to diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic psychiatric and mental health illnesses across the lifespan.
