A 2021 study by the Graduate Management Admission Council found that the median salary of MBA graduates is $115,000 per year, which is “77% more than those with a bachelor’s degree.” That salary is also “53% higher as compared to those hired directly from industry.”1 Moreover, the job outlook for MBA graduates remains strong, with careers in finance and healthcare administration growing at some of the fastest rates.
